Eagle Hills is one of Summerlin’s most established guard-gated communities — an intimate enclave of roughly 150 custom homes set on tree-lined streets in the mature Hills section of the master plan. Where much of Las Vegas luxury is defined by scale and newness, Eagle Hills offers something increasingly rare: a small, settled community with deep landscaping, long-tenured neighbors, and a quiet, private character just minutes from the heart of Summerlin.

Eagle Hills was built out in the late 1990s, and its maturity is part of its appeal.
